REFUND POLICY
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely happy with your purchases. We know that buying online can be tricky, so, we offer a no-nonsense returns policy, and will gladly offer you a refund or exchange on all our goods. In the unlikely event of an item being faulty, we will reimburse the full cost of return. ** However, postage costs for exchanges and refunds of non-faulty goods are the responsibility of the customer, so please ensure you read our descriptions or contact us at gaylesmith@pixliepicks.com with any questions before your order.
PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS IS CORRECT – THIS INCLUDES THE COUNTRY YOU WANT IT DELIVERED TO. IF THE DELIVERY ADDRESS IS WRONG AND AFTER WE RECEIVE THE PARCEL BACK, WE WILL SEND YOU AN INVOICE FOR RETURN POSTAGE.
THE RETURN ADDRESS WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU.
Should you wish to return your items to us for an exchange or refund, please do so within 14 days of receipt. Use this form to Contact us via email.
Until you’re sure, don’t use the items, as all items must be returned in new unused condition. Please return the goods with your full details – order number if you have it, and/or, name the order was made in, address, email address, contact telephone number and whether you want an exchange or refund.
We cannot take responsibility for goods that go missing in the post, so please send all returns with tracking.
FOR OVERSEAS ORDERS:
Please clearly mark on your parcel (in the customs form) “NO COMMERCIAL VALUE; RETURNED GOODS” – this is to avoid delays and charges at Customs.
Please return any items promptly, using a prepaid, insured, traceable method. NOT A COURIER – USE THE POST OFFICE. Please retain your shipping documentation.
EXCHANGES:
We will send you a PayPal invoice for the return postage and we will order the replacement item when the payment has been made.
REFUNDS:
We will refund your money back to your credit card you used to purchase the goods. We will strive to refund you by the next working day after receipt of the returned goods. This can sometimes take longer due to weekends, holidays, etc.
DELIVERY:
Products are shipped as soon as they are printed
PLEASE NOTE, INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS MAY BE LIABLE FOR CUSTOMS AND CLEARANCE CHARGES, DEPENDING ON YOUR GOVERNMENT’S IMPORT POLICIES.
